Maintenance

Never pack any Braai/BBQ away while it is still hot.

Always dispose of COLD coals into the suggested bin.

Always clean/scrape/brush off of as much of the food juices/fats as possible after each use to avoid buildups that will be harder to get rid of over time.

What is a Braai?

South African variant of the barbecue.
